Facts:
1) When he was a colt he broke his left rear leg while playing with his friends. Being a Pegusus, his bones were hollow and more fragile than his friends. He didn't want to seem weak, so he didn't go see the doctor about it, so I didn't heal properly. It healed crooked and wrong, so he has to use a light weight leg brace to walk. 
2) He can't run, so he flies if he needs to get somewhere fast.
3) He works as a weather pony, his talent being shaping and forming clouds
4) He is very sweet and kind, he doesn't let his disability slow him down.
